Invitation to Kalk Bay Forum: 15 August 2012
Kalk Bay Theatre and KBT Productions invites interested parties to attend a Forum to discuss matters relating to the National Arts Festival.
The invitation is aimed at those who have, or who want to have, an involvement in the NAF, particularly, but not exclusively, on the Fringe.
Venue: Kalk Bay Theatre, 52 Main Road, Kalk Bay, Cape Town
Date: Wednesday 15 August 2012
Time: 09h30 to 12h30 / 13h00
Without limiting topics for discussion, we suggest that the agenda includes:
- coverage of Fringe productions by Cue;
- marketing at the NAF, including online and social media platforms;
- matters relating to technical issues.
We are sending a copy of this invitation to the NAF management with the request that they co-host the Forum or that they be represented at the Forum as their input will be valuable.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will provided – a cash bar will be available serving water and soft drinks [or stronger stuff if you want or need!]
