LLLkzn has decided to show the film “Whose Remembrance” at our AGM . “Whose Remembrance” is a 20 minute film made by the Imperial War Museum UK to illustrate the under-recognised role of Black and Indian soldiers in the World Wars , starting with the Great War of 1914-18. The film is a thought-provoking compilation which poses questions about the purposes of history and its importance for identity formation in post-imperial mixed societies.
