The Call for 2015
We are looking for new works and experienced professional productions to fill our wide variety of time slots: daytime school term, daytime holidays, prime time evening and late night. There is a variety of collaboration options including venue hire, associations, and sponsorship for new works. We look forward to hearing your idea for a theatre production whether it is simply a script that you have, a fully-fledged show or simply an idea for a show that you would like to produce.

PLAY-PLAY!
Theatre-in-Education veteran script writer, director and performer, Gisele Turner, currently KZN Theatre4Youth mentor, offers a Make a Play Workshop exploring the capacity to create through play. Serious playfulness is a core element in children’s’ theatre, connecting the performer with the audience through innovative and unexpected play. Ordinary objects become magical in the hands of an animator. Make a Play date for Monday 6 October from 10 am through 12 pm at the Catalina Theatre. Open to theatre practitioners and play makers.
